Getting Started

What health concerns can be treated through telehealth?

Pathway to Care evaluates many common, non-emergency concerns, including cold and flu symptoms, allergies, urinary symptoms, minor rashes, medication follow-ups, stable chronic conditions, preventive-care needs, laboratory results, and weight-management concerns. Some symptoms may require in-person testing or examination.

Who is eligible to receive care from Pathway to Care?

Services are generally available to eligible adults age 18 and older who are physically located in Florida at the time of their telehealth appointment. Eligibility and treatment options are determined during the clinical evaluation.

Eligible medical documentation may be completed after an appropriate clinical review. Documentation is $75 per document, typically requires up to two business days, and is not guaranteed when the requested form is outside the provider’s scope or cannot be clinically supported.

Policies & Safety

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be charged a $50 fee.

What should I do if I am experiencing a medical emergency?
